L.A. Signorina fully ditches single-use pizza boxes

At PIZZycle, we're thrilled to see one of our first customers, L.A. Signorina, a pizzeria in Stuttgart, Germany, fully implementing our solution and no longer offering single-use cardboard boxes. This not only helps to reduce their environmental footprint but also sets an example for others to follow. They also have a program for collecting PIZZycles from customers and bringing them back to the pizzeria for cleaning and sanitizing before reusing them.

Dominos Pizza's decision to implement the PIZZycle, our reusable pizza box, in select locations in Germany is part of the company's larger vision to have a full roll-out of reusable packaging across all of its stores in Germany. This ambitious goal is in line with the new legislation introduced by the Federal Environment Agency in Germany, which will require restaurants and food businesses to use reusable packaging for take-out and delivery orders, with some exceptions.
